Todays project for me is a tag and its orange (the new black!)
I love orange, just treated myself to a few orange items for my summer wardrobe :D

Anyway lol, back to my tag......

I firstly covered the tag in spiced marmalade distress ink, gave it a few spritzes with water and added a few droplets too, let it dry, on some spare card also inked in spiced marmalade, masked and stamped a few buttons and fussy cut out in tuxedo black memento ink.

I used tuxedo black for all the other stamps and spiced marmalade for the fussy cut bodice of the dress, added some spiders web material for the skirt and flat backed gems, attaching to the mannequin via dimensional stickers.

All the stamps used are from the :-

Flower INKognito at Visible Image

Hello everyone

It's 'Soozie Tooseday' this week, unlike last week being 'Funky Friday!' :)
Hope you're all well.

I am loving purples and pinks at the moment, we had a wander around the garden centre yesterday to buy a few plants and flowers, its part of spring isn't it, going to a garden centre on a lovely day?..... it's the law!
It inspired me for todays creation.

We all know I adore Visible Image and we all have our favourite stamps, the
Flower INKognito being one of my recent favourites,
I know it may seem I'm always saying that but when I do say 'favourite' what I really mean is it's at least in my top ten!

For my background I used turquoise and fuchsia dylusion sprays,
speckled with cosmic shimmer vintage mists, love them all.

Stamp wise I used :-
and the bird from

I heat embossed them all in wow red pearl, it came out in a lovely pink sheen,
 perfect (I experimented before hand!).

Layered onto pink and turquoise card.
I love the finished effect :D
Hope you do!

Bite me! at Visible Image

G'Morning :)
How are we all?

It's Funky Friday today, I swappwed my 'Soozie Tooseday' with the lovely life saving
Pauline Butcher, thanks for swapping Mrs B xxx

Today I'm using one of my favourite stamps, I LOVE IT!

To create this Funky card I firstly stamped the  FAB Grungy lips from the Bite me set in festive berries DI and then coloured in the inside of the mouth using a black promarker.
Used clear gloss WOW to give the lips shine like lip gloss.
for the corners I used the grunge in black soot  DI.
used a sharp pokey tool to pierce the lip to put the silver ring through and added a gem on to a tooth.

I added some red mirror mosaics and layered onto white Neenah card and black mirror board.
Simple but striking and funky I think.
I love the detail on the grungy lips, very sexy!

'Music soothes the soul' at Visible Image

Hello folks
I hope you all had a lovely Easter, such a shame it has to end, pity every week can't be a 4 day week!
Back to reality today eh!
It's my DT day today at Visible Image......'Soozie Tooseday' :)

Today I wanted to do something a little shabby chic and thought the roses went perfectly with the music wave......
The stamps I've used are the beautiful RosesSoul Music
which includes the awesome music wave and the perfectly matched sentiment 'Music soothes the soul' and boy does it!
For my leaves I used the leaf from the Poinsettia set (love this set, its a must for Christmas)

I covered some white card in antique linen DI and then used 2 stencils with tattered rose DI, for the sentiment and leaves I used vintage photo and double stamped for the music wave, the flowers are tattered rose on antique linen, fussy cut like the leaves and attached with small dimensional stickers.
Lastly mounted on pink mirror card onto a kraft card :)
